Ann is a creator, writer and communicator of content for emotional, physical, behavioural, cognitive and environmental life skills. 

Ann's core aim is to be able to share with others key information and interactive practical techniques of 'how to' create and enjoy a lifestyle that helps build and maintain everyday wellness. Ann is bringing together her knowledge and skills from her extensive nursing/health, psychotherapy, educational, mindfulness and supervising background and using these to deliver an authentic and unique learning and implementation experience.

Ann also works and collaborates with other's on generating ideas and content as well as mentoring new trainers on delivering wider events for both internal organisations and public.
